Welcome to the Wirral Symphonic Wind Band website!

Welcome to the website of the Wirral Symphonic Wind Band – one of the top wind bands in the North West UK.

Based on the Wirral, our membership is drawn from across Merseyside and the wider North West and North Wales region. The band has a long history – since being formed in 1987 we have grown from 5 to over 50 regular members. The band plays several concert dates each year in and around the Wirral, including outdoor events during the summer months, which will be listed on this website.

The band was previously known as the Wirral Community Wind Band, and our old website remains available here
